Our goods can be made up to your specifications or we can produce a design to your requirements. Copyright of the latter remains the property of JRG Promotions. We assume that our client has the right to display the design requested and we cannot accept liability for possible infringement of copyright.

Delivery: Please order in good time bearing in mind the delivery periods quoted.
Whilst every effort will be made to deliver on time no liability is accepted for delays occasioned by circumstances beyond our control e.g. industrial action.

Shortage or fault: The JRG Promotions must be notified of non delivery, shortages, fault or damage within 14 days of date of despatch.

Prices: Because of the individual nature of the goods we supply, prices shown in our booklet and brochure are given as a guide. They are as accurate as possible and correct at time of going to print but we reserve the right to alter them if circumstances change (particularly currency fluctuations).

Artwork: Prices are based on suitable artwork being supplied. In other cases we will supply artwork which will be charged at cost only. Design and set up costs will be charged where applicable.
Prices shown in the brochure are exclusive of VAT and carriage.

The products bearing names and trademarks in our booklet and brochure do not necessarily indicate (or imply) that we have supplied the items to the owner of the name or trademark but are representative of the effect that has been obtained by using an advertisement.

Illustrations: Slight variations and improvements in design are constantly being made so goods supplied may on occasions differ from the illustrations in our booklet or brochure. We reserve the right to supply similar goods when exact ones are not available. All colours shown are reproduced within limitations of the litho printing process and may no be accurate.

Payment Terms: One third deposit required with order, balance on delivery, or by arrangement.

Tolerances: We reserve the right to over or under supply by 5% and to adjust invoices accordingly. All measurements are approximate.

Cancellation Charges: Once an order has been placed, if it is subsequently cancelled charges incurred by ourselves in the processing of the order to that point would be levied. These charges can on occasions be substantial, if you require written details of the relevant amount prior to placing your orders please ask.

Samples: We reserve the discretionary right to invoice for all requested samples of our previous work. Full credit supplied upon return of items undamaged within 30 days. Please note the production of samples of any item to your own design will involve us in cost which will be passed on if samples have been requested and no order is subsequently forthcoming.
